Sri Pandan Condominium is a midium-cost condominium in Pandan Mewah , Ampang, Selangor , which consists of 3 blocks of 15 storey buildings. The ground floor is for car parking and commercial units , whereas the 1st to 15th floor are residential units.The layout of the units are : 1st floor to 13th floor, there are 10 units to one floor and from 14th to 15th floor , there are 5 penthouse to a floor.
Perunding Asatec received a purchase order for the periodical inspection on 15th May 2016 and Ir Chong Chin Meow , together with his team of technical personnel inspected the building on 19th May 2016.
